Timings
The programme will start at midday on Monday 6 January and will close on Tuesday 7 January. This will be an in person meeting.
There will also be a meeting dinner on the evening of Monday 6 January, the cost of this dinner is included in your registration. If you do not wish to attend the dinner, or are unable to, please let me know in advance after you have registered to attend the meeting.
In-person meeting
Registration includes a place at the dinner. You will have an opportunity during the registration process to advise us of any food allergies and/or dietary requirements.
Admittance to this event is for registered and authorised attendees only. Unfortunately we cannot permit access to visitors or allow non-registered persons to enter the meeting.
If you are not an academic and are from a commercial organisation, you will need to pay to attend this event. The charge per person to attend will be advised shortly. Your ticket will include attendence to the meeting and the meeting dinner. It will also include your company logo on the sponsors page of the website, in the PDF digital booklet and on the holding slide at the event.

Accommodation
Accommodation for this event is not included. However, we will suggest a possible accomodation in order to book a room.
Attendee Information
Further information will be sent out to you, by email, nearer the time of the meeting. A PDF meeting booklet will also be sent out to you, by email, just before the meeting. To be more sustainable we will only be providing an electronic copy of the PDF booklet.
Venue
The UK Light Microscopy Facility Meeting 2025 will take place in Bristol at the Humanity Complex University of Bristol, BS8 1UJ.
