Submission Deadline: 31 January 2025

We invite abstracts for oral or poster presentation at the meeting. Sessions will be themed according to abstracts received. All abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to sessions. If you apply for a submitted talk, it may be accepted as a poster. In addition, we will run a series of scientific workshops (60 minutes each) throughout the meeting. These are community-led discussion-based sessions and can be on any aspect of cytometry – hardware, software, reagents, facility issues. We welcome ideas as well as volunteers for facilitators for sessions, please email Derek Davies for more information.

INFORMATION FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  • Abstracts should be submitted using the form below, please ensure you submit it as a Microsoft Word document and not a PDF. Alternatively, they can be sent as Word documents electronically to Noelle Knight.
  • Please indicate whether you wish your abstract to be considered for a submitted talk or poster presentation.
  • Abstracts should be no longer than 400 words.
  • Please include the title which should be less than 255 characters, all authors and their affiliations and indicate the presenting author.
  • For each author enter full name and affiliation.
  • Abstracts should be primarily based on new, unpublished research.
  • Vague statements such as “data will be presented’ will result in abstract rejection.

  • Abstracts should be submitted using the form below, please ensure you submit it as a Microsoft Word document and not a PDF. Alternatively, they can be sent as Word documents electronically to Noelle Knight.
  • Abstracts should be no longer than 400 words and include a title, names of facilitators and a description of the workshop content including learning outcomes.

Deadline for abstract and workshop submission:               31st January 2025
Notification of acceptance:                                                               7th February 2025

Before submission, authors should be confident that they can attend the meeting. You will be notified of receipt electronically and your abstract will be assigned a reference number that will be used in subsequent correspondence.
