Registration
While this meeting has traditionally been free to attend, this year we have added a symbolic £10 registration fee. In addition to meeting rising costs of hosting (mostly covered by sponsors), this will also encourage full attendance by those who sign up as there are limited spaces available enabling the Society to cater more accurately for attendees and reduce food wastage.
In-person registration includes lunch. You will have an opportunity during the registration process to advise us of any food allergies and/or dietary requirements.
Admittance to this event is for registered and authorised attendees only. Unfortunately we cannot permit access to visitors or allow non-registered persons to enter the meeting.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions of booking you have agreed to abide by the Code of Conduct set out for all attendees at RMS Events.

Accommodation for this event is not included however, there are many hotels within walking distance from the University of Leeds.
Attendee Information
Registration is from 10am and the sessions will commence at 10:40am in the Astbury Building.
There will be an opportunity to network during lunch and we welcome you to join us for a post event pub visit from 4:45pm onwards.
