The programme will start with lunch at midday on Monday and will close on Tuesday after lunch. This will be an in person meeting and there will not be the opportunity to attend online. There will be a meeting dinner on the night of Monday 9 January, this is included in your registration. If you do not wish to attend the dinner, or are unable to, please email Alessandra Reni.
This meeting is free to attend for academics and this includes a place at the dinner.
You will have an opportunity during the registration process to advise us of your dietary requirements.
Admittance to this event is for registered and authorised attendees. Unfortunately we cannot permit access to visitors or allow non-registered persons to enter the meeting. If you have any questions, please contact the RMS event contact for this event.
If you are not an academic and are from a commercial organisation, you will need to pay to attend this event. There is a charge per person to attend of £350 + VAT. This will entitle you to attend the event and the dinner, also we will include your company logo on the sponsors page of the website, in the PDF digital booklet and on the holding slide at the event.

For this event we have an allocation of rooms at Homerton College, Cambridge. Attendees will need to book and pay for their rooms directly with Homerton, via the link sent on your confirmation email.
We value inclusion and access for all participants. The chosen venue has accessible doors and lots of open spaces, accessible toilets on the ground floor, lecture theatre on the first floor is accessible by lift, and there is accessible car parking. Furthermore, all accommodation blocks except blocks D&E, are fully wheelchair accessible with lifts and emergency evacuation slides on all stairwells, as well as dedicated rooms for students and guests with limited mobility.

Attending RMS Events
We are not requiring people to test for covid-19 in order to attend our events, however, we advise anyone with symptoms of Covid-19 not to attend our in-person events. The list of recognised symptoms can be found at gov.uk.
Masks and face coverings at events
The RMS has been following government guidance with regard to wearing masks and face coverings in public spaces.
We are not be mandating that attendees must wear masks at RMS events, but we welcome anyone to do so if they wish.
There will be spare masks, hand sanitiser and covid tests available at the RMS welcome desk for anyone that requires them.
