The programme will start on Monday morning at around 10.00 and finish on Thursday at 12:00. This will be an in person meeting and there will not be the opportunity to attend online. A programme will be added to the website after the abstract deadline.

A late registration fee of £50 will be added after 12:00 GMT on Friday 3 March and the invoice option on registration will close at the same time. Registration will close on Friday 24 March at 12:00 GMT.
Admittance to this event is for registered and authorised attendees. Unfortunately we cannot permit access to visitors or allow non-registered persons to enter the meeting or exhibition areas. If you have any questions, please contact the RMS event contact for this event.

To be more sustainable we will only be providing an electronic copy of the pdf booklet. You are welcome to print a copy of the programme to bring with you to the event, unfortunately we are unable to provide any printed copies on the day. Accommodation is not included in the registration fees. We recommend you book your accommodation at Robinson College, which is where the meeting is being held.

There will be an exhibition running during the MSM meeting and we invite all attendees to visit the stands and sponsors that are attending. Time will be allocated for this in the programme.

We would like to invite attendees of the Microscopy of Semi-Conducting Materials meeting to submit a paper for a special issue of the Journal of Microscopy due to be published in late 2023.

Attending RMS Events
We are not requiring people to test for covid-19 in order to attend our events, however, we advise anyone with symptoms of Covid-19 not to attend our in-person events. The list of recognised symptoms can be found at gov.uk.
Masks and face coverings at events
The RMS has been following government guidance with regard to wearing masks and face coverings in public spaces.
We are not be mandating that attendees must wear masks at RMS events, but we welcome anyone to do so if they wish.
There will be spare masks, hand sanitiser and covid tests available at the RMS welcome desk for anyone that requires them.
