Admittance to this event is for registered and authorised attendees. Unfortunatley we cannot permit access to visitors or allow non-registered persons to enter the meeting or exhibition areas. If you have any questions, please contact the RMS event contact for this event.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the event registration.
To book accommodation at Edgbaston Park Hotel you must either send an email to reservations@edgbastonparkhotel.com or telephone Reservations on +44 (121) 414 8888 and press Option 1 for Bedroom Reservations.
In either case, please quote the booking reference code of: FLOW22 - This will enable you to book a Standard Double Room at the rate of £125 (Single occupancy) per night for 19th – 22nd July 2022.
Please note that this code is valid for Standard Rooms only. If you would like to upgrade, subject to availability, additional fees are applicable.
Please note that any bedrooms not reserved by 30.05.22 will be released back on the system for general resale to the public. Guests will not be able to book using the code after this date but may be able to book at the standard rate if there is availability.

The programme is anticipated to start at 12:00BST on Wednesday 20 July and finish around 13:15BST on Friday 22 July.
Attendee Information
Further information will be sent out to you, by email, nearer the time of the meeting. A pdf meeting booklet will also be sent out to you, by email, just before the meeting. To be more sustainable we will only be providing an electronic copy of the pdf booklet.
