Reply:Hi Torsten - no one answer here, but a combination of solutions. For cell segmantation, CellPose is a good starting place. For tracking these, then Trackmate is a good option. For high dimensional analysis of all aspects look at CellPhe (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-023-37447-3). For highcontent, CellProfiler would be a great starting place.
