What is the cheapest alternative to Leica's Cell Dive or Ultivue's Multiplexing systems? We would like to examine and record about 30 markers in cancer tissues. We have two confocals and one wide field microscope.

There are many many options now out there and it is not necessarily the cost of the instruments, but the reagents themselves. It can also be cheaper to use an open access system in some instances.
Akoya and ChipCytometry are also worth a look, with Lumaphore up and coming.
We have Nanostring GeoMx DSP, which can do 80+ antibodies simulateously, but this doesnot give sub cellular info, more user defined region of interest analysis. It is relatively fast and can also do RNA as well as protein, but does not have the same spatial resolution compared to e.g Akoya-CODEX etc. Pro's and con's to all!
