super resolution below 20nm



Dear Colleagues,
I am part of a collaboration between life science and engineering partners to visualise binding of molecules on graphene sensors. The method is a simple Elisa sandwich and works for impedance measurements. Now we would like to correlate electric measurements with imaging. How many molecules are caught to create a measured impedance change. Does anyone know of a UK facility which we could ask to enter into a collaboration and of course pay usage fees?

How about the central laser facility at the STFC? They provide access to a number of super res microscopes, for free after peer reviewed applications. I think that this type of experiment could be right up their street.

Just read their application deadline was yesterday! However, they do have a rapid access stream for proof of concept to time critical experiments which might get you started and apply for the next round of access.
