The facility is equipped with 3 cell sorters and 3 analysis flow cytometers:
- Sorters: FACSAria II cell sorter, BDFACSAria III FUSION cell sorter and Sony SH800 cell sorter.
- Flow cytometry analysers: BD LSRFortessa (4 laser) analyser, BD LSRFortessa (5 laser) analyser and Acea Novocyte analyser.
Cell sorting is performed as an assisted service by the facility staff, and analysis is generally performed by users after comprehensive training.

The facility has a workstation available to book for FlowJo analysis, and there is a FCS Express licence available for use.
